Japfest Donington - 13th July 2019

Tried booking a ticket today but after selecting 'Zclub' from the list and adding our club code it rejected the password, tried again & same problem. Ho hum :(
 
Scrap the above.
You can't copy & paste the clubs password into Japfests booking page as it needs to be all in lower case.

I have a spare admissions and car ticket if anyone wants it.

Camping can be a good way to stay within the circuit and close to the action all weekend. The atmosphere is fantastic and the club sites are good fun. However carrying all the gear in a Z is a challenge and the facilities basic.

Don't plan to take much gear. Just a popup tent, sleeping bag, washing gear & spare clothes. Carrying it shouldn't be a problem & is where a 2+2 comes into it's own. Looking forward to it.

I would imagine not.

I was trying to find an email with tickets yesterday so it’s good to know it’s not just me.
 
They leave it late. I think last year it was the Weds before, so not a lot of window for sorting issues out if you have one.
 
I have to bail on this weekend unfortunately. Have a gearbox that refuses to hold any oil, so am having it rebuilt. Gutted.:banghead:
 
Tickets arrived. What time on the Saturday have we got to be parked up on the stand by??
