I have to disagree with you quite a bit on a couple of those things. They're not too big for Euro roads, although potentially too wide for some of the narrower ones, but then so are most cars, including anything even remotely nice with 4 wheels in fact.
They're far from track beasts, if you're not careful, you'll kill your engine on a track because of the oil pickup design, all aside from that you've got the lack of available traction in the TT model at full throttle, etc. etc. really. I simply can't agree that a Z32 is a track beast, it's a GT, a cruiser that has decent power and can hug down into the twisies if you set it up right. It could be turned into an awesome track beast I imagine, but why bother? I'd just buy a Caterham
My Z32 TT is nearly as fast and as thrilling as my R32 was. Granted my R32 was only 450bhp, but in my opinion was fast enough for UK roads and some seriously fun track usage. The Z weighs less and is probably closing in on, but not quite at, 400ish bhp (It hasn't been dyno'd yet and is getting a forged engine this year), so it goes pretty quick and the handling is getting better with every suspension modification I add
.
It's also not that thirsty, compared to some cars I've had at least. The GTR was a very thirsty beast, as was my V12 Jag, my Supra Turbo and the Subaru WRX we had for a while in NZ to name just a few, that were as thirsty or thirstier, than my Z32 is, for less performance in most cases (Apart from the GTR that is).
