Just to keep you all up to speed. We'd like to do one thrash for you on that Thursday (15th) and one the following thursday (22nd) so we have some definition between the two. We did two Skyline thrashes in one day and it all got very confusing with picture mix ups etc.

So, dependant on how many can do each I suggest we go for 3 series cars next week and 2s the week after, I've also posted this on the 300ZX owners site, with the 15th as the date for you cross over guys.
So Bryn,

I know there will be a few Z32s there tomorrow, are there going to be any Z31s coming along aswell?
Thanks...

This has gone quiet for a while so just thought I would check to see what (if any) the progress was on the 240/260/280 front
So Bryn@Jtuner
Any news on the proposed July date (its already half past July now)

Yes!

Sorry for the delayed reply to you two series Z owners, we'd like to get you up to Bruntingthorpe for a day some time in the week starting the 7th of August. So that's 240s, 60s and 80s I reckon?

Once again I apologise for my shocking lack of contact, but hope you can forgive me by way of my waving a test track as a white flag?

Anyway, I'll check back in and see what you think in a day or two and we can pin a definite date down. :)

Cheers, Bryn

Mr Lamb expressed an interest.

We need 280's now (Mr Peek, Mr Wrangle, Mr Burns)

Bryn, most of the club will be attending JAE at Peterborough this weekend so we should be able to recruit the right mix, can we give you names etc on say Monday .. after JAE

As a guide, how many examples of each car would you like to see.

How long is the track that is being used, I only have a 9 ltr fuel tank?
Does the car have to be road legal?
What is the start time?
So many questions and so little time

I'll need to see if I can book time off work - and if my car will be ready, should find out within the next few days..

Hey Ben,

Track (runway) is about 2 miles long

9 litres is what, about 2 gallons ? so if we put a jerry can at the far end, that should be enough for the return journey:D

So Far we have a definite yes from

Me
Geoff Gale
Moggy (time off allowing)

Strong possibles/interest from
Tony Lamb
Phil Ellicot
Suzy
Status
Nick Masters
Rob Gaskin

How about
TCH911 (V8)
Steve Sinclair (VG30TT)
Mark Warby
Dave Porter
Mark Raynor (Twin Turbo L6)
DoctorBigBum (Adrians old Samuri which is now back in all its glory)
John Peek
Steve Burns

Sorry guys I'm on holiday in Sicily. I was keen just to see what the top end is.

Brilliant, it all looks good from here then...

There's no need for a helmet, although if you want to use one that's fine... Safety first and first aid last :)

The track is four miles around, so take a can with you!

As far as selecting cars goes, that's really up to you. We'd just like a nice selection, but it's your club and cars that are being represented, so whatever you think.

I'll check back in early to mid week and see how you got on today and tomorrow at JAE. Should've been good...

Bryn
