Following this bit as its on my 'to do' list as well.My Hazet spot weld drill works, It was quite therapeutic removing the panel, although I'm not quite sure what I've let myself in for.

How to cut out the next layer needs a bit of thought - not sure where to make the cuts yet. Anyone?

Just a tip: brush the panel in question with a rotary steel brush first, all the spot welds will shine up instantly (they get polished). Following I used a pen and marked all positions to drill.Taking the top panel off was fairly obvious, although the spot weld locations weren't all obvious.
