Hi, to all. Derek Sulley is organizing This Z Autojumble/ Swapmeet & on having a chat with Derek ,I queried the date,and otherthings in relation to this. He is one of the nicest people I have spoken to and he is doing this whole event by himself & not for commercial reason,s. Suzy, Steve Burn,s has already spoken to Derek offering assistance from the club & in your usual way you call it a "little" function.As per usual you are showing your true colour,s as regarding a Z club event. If this event has the support of The very helpful Mr. Steve burn,s Are you deliberatly trying to omit this event from the Z club Magazine?If you are than ,you are not having a go at me but having a go at a Z club member and organiser.The Autojumble is Mr. Derek Sulley,s event & I think he deserves the best publicity he can get. He said I could pick up some flyer,s sunday(Jae) I asked a few people,no flyer,s I asked for you and were told you were asleep! So although I,in my own way have been trying to help Derek, You seem more bothered about getting article,s in to Z club Magazine then help member,s advertise forthcoming event,s .look on the club Homepage "oulton Park" everything else, WHERE IS MR.SULLEY,S Event??????Let me make myself Clear.The September Autojumble is nothing to do with me & I am supporting A genuine decent Organiser and Member. Conclusion? as a club secretary be fare,right across the board !& if youre too naive to fathom out or understand who,s organising what then you might be better suited in a role that does,nt vindicate other,s.This is a club event,therefore do what is right & without any devious scheming or connatation,s. Have thought I better refrain from posting a proper reply to your comments re people trying to sabotarge a event because what you say is BULLSHIT
If thier is any one in the club who tries to promotre club events it is Suzy
I would suggest you read her comments again and digest what she is saying and also ask why she was asleep at Billing on the Sunday after the work she put in on theFriday and Sat

like I say I am refraining from posting my imediate responce because as an aministrator on here I would have to delete the post due to its content

the request from dereck at the bottom of his flyer ( or maybe you didn't read that part) was put up in the committeee section of the forum for approval as he asked and the replies have come in yesterday

and from that Suzy put up a post of what she was doing
she was stating the truth about whether there was time to get info in the next mag and she would try to get local grouip organisers to advertise the meeting
If you believe "a little gathering" offends Derek I would suggest you ring him again and see what he thinks Maybe he will have some more news for you of what is happening

As for the wolfpack as you put it abolishing parts at Jae you still seem to have missed the whole point

I,m Not as angry as you & your childlike capital letter,s neither have I delibrately tried to use the forum to make anyone look small, I as of this moment ,will disassociate myself from Derek as I hold him in the highest of esteem. so it would appear we were discussing and trying to move the Swapmeet event along a week before billing

Blidworth & Rainworth just East of Mansfield. This is about 10 mins from M1

The site is an almost level mowed grass field approx 130yds x 50yds
(1.5acres)surrounded by a 2m high chain link fence with padlocked gate.

I'm astonished how quickly this thread has got out of hand. I'm nobody's henchman, wolf or other hatchet-man. This allows me the freedom to say, hand on heart that Steve Burns (he who was awarded honorary membership for the many years of tireless club service) and Suzy Huntley (whom I would support as the next Chairman, should the position become vacant) are two of the hardest working club members !
Any reference by Suzy to a 'little' gathering I'm sure was mistaken for anything other than her 'jolly hockey sticks / gung-ho' attitude and not meant to be taken as derisory. Steve takes everything quoted against the club personally and so immediately sets off to caml things down by quoting the truth - I don't believe he's trying to score points against you or anyone !

You quote me as being right - what about ? Steve is a good guy but I know him, for good and bad, we worked together on the committee for some time during some important changes within the club and it's constitution.

Honestly, I feel you ate something that didn't agree with you - I have trouble believing your posts are coming from the same, logical person discussing Billings' future the other day and it's not fair to judge someone by one word (little) in their post. Is this not the hair that broke the camels' back ? Come on, what is really bothering you, with passion and a voice like that, you should be on the committee !
