Windscreen rubber

Afternoon all,

I'm planning to pull my windscreen and refit with new rubber. Who are the current champions when it comes to rubber supply?

Thanks!

They're all made by Precision I believe. Many places to buy from in the US. Don't think there's anyone here in UK.

IMHO you are better off buying the full set from MSA and either a) replacing as many as possible with new, or b) using what you need and selling the rest (if you can be bothered).

I bought front and rear from MSA - years back and yet to fit, but as I’ve gone down the ownership journey, l’m finding I need some of the rest and it would have been way cheaper to have bought the full set!

Agreed. I found the full Precision set (27 pieces maybe? Or was it 19?) from Summit Racing for much less than MSA wanted - worth shopping around using the Precision code - e.g. CWK 244 A is for their full kit.. which seems to be for all S30s?: https://www.prp.com/product/detail/103416

Just want to highlight that when they say "full" - they just mean the windows and openings.

The kit wouldn't come with gaskets for the lights, or trim level things, such as gasket around the door locks, or those little pieces on the fuel flap.

What is the chrome insert in this listing? I thought it was going to mean the flat trim pieces, but it appears to be something more like a thick wire?
If it's like other ones I've seen, it's just shaped chromed plastic. Comes on a roll.
