Glad I spent so long sorting the underneath with stone chip and 2k epoxy , but still don't like getting it to wet though , so made a front tow hitch to make it feel better

So I'm back in Saudi and I've been sent a picture tonight of the car with the new headlight lenses from the group buy Ian sorted. Apparently the sticky pads that come with them are turd and my friend opted for the self tappers for a permanent fixture.

Fitment is 8/10 but for the price they are spot on!

Thanks again Ian

They definitely look good on the cars they should be on ... ie the modified ones. I think the standard ones look a bit strange with them on ... !

Purchased an L20 to toy with (worst case) and hopefully get running (best case).

Mainly bought to have a play at stripping down without risking my L28.

@Seikoking also lured me into buying his engine crane too (it didn't take much persuasion!)

That’s the same crane as mine, it’s a great piece of kit from SGS [emoji106]

I was going to sell mine post engine transplant but didn’t have the heart ;) also it folds very nicely!

Weighs as much as a small planet though!

Agreed on that brother! I had to care mine in bits and assemble with a friend!

Still driving the Datsun to work this week , luckily no salt down on the roads down here yet, actually not been to bad on fuel either, i must have been driving it sensibly,
Also designed some 15" split rims and did some quick renders,

Those wheels are awesome. What a great idea - marry the original wheel trim design with some proper deep dish rims.
