JK, looking forward to seeing my Dad's first Z again. He would have never of met Spike without it.

If I had the funds I would put an offer in :)

There you go, I said 2+2 were the future just yesterday :D

Also saved me asking the question that popped into my mind as to how many Samuri conversions were 2+2.

A) I love them - people blinkered by two seater profiles.

B) not sure how this ad answers your question.....:unsure:

I saw this car at Duncans place a couple of years ago and he said it was being restored. I was tempted with it before I bought CAB, it was on ebay at the time for about £4k I think.

Naive question but if Samuri's are such great , rare and desirable cars, why do so many change hands so often ? This is referring to the number of Samuri's that have been offered for sale recently compared to a total population of 77, or was it 79 or whatever the most recent census says.

Is it because they now command strong money and owners want to cash in ?

Sorry for going of topic JK.

I wish someone in the know would put together some kind of comprehensive the-truth-once-and-for-all on these things. Maybe impossible now after so much time has passed and records have been lost/destroyed/invented etc ...

One of the biggest bones of contention on this site methinks!

Oh god, not the register....:unsure::unsure:

I found the thread from 2009 when the 2+2 car was on eBay, it sold for £5K apparently, Sean's comments from back then must have boosted the selling price...:D

Nah - bargain compared to this : http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C858317

I reckon your idea of a Z's value is outmoded.:eek:

I reckon you are correct there Sean, classic car prices have gone crazy along with many other things in life eg rules, regs, laws, technology & many people etc. :confused:

By the way I am not confused about Z prices to a degree because they have always been under valued in my eyes, but some of the prices flying around I feel are beyond crazy.
