NEC Classic Car Show discount

Please all remember to hand over your ticket stubs or entrance voucher to Rob Gaskin as the club can claim £1 for each one we hand in at the end of the show

Folks, I'm attaching a plan of the show. It really is a massive show.

I will be there tomorrow 'setting up' the stand with the exhibitors. My Dad's car is full of stuff (can't get much in a 370Z!).

I'm looking forward to this show (not attended before) and hoping to make a few friends.

I'm planning on giving Saturday a miss so sorry to you guys who will attend on Saturday. Unfortunately that's the Cheshire Plains crowd - my mates!

Hi Rob who will be collecting the ticket stubs on the Sat?

It's been a busy day 9am to 10pm at the NEC but it promises to be a good show.

Good day out, good stand, put the classic z register stand to shame just a rally 240z I expected more from them??? That 260 2+2 had a very badly fitted drivers door not worth £17,500 last year it was £19,995 pretty sure this was originally from Billinghay near me.

Kev, I appreciate that comment. We just had a few bits that we use at shows which to be honest are not really suitable for the NEC. We need bigger banners and a less 'bitty' appearance but at least we have returned to the NEC.

The idea was to show a model from each Classic Z range. I think it worked.

Not brilliant but we can build on this.

There has been lots of interest in all 4 models so far.

I'm back tomorrow to 'man the stand' and then take everything down tomorrow evening.

Thanks.

I gave the tickets to the chap with the 280zx nice chap and the story of the car also met the young lad who chopped his 260z back to Duncan for a 240z must be loaded at his age:D:D!!!! You did a Sterling job (no pun intended!!) I could not believe I could get sooo close to an Enzo and a F40 and a F50 but wasn't allowed near the e type club and I knew someone in there with a light blue one how very sad and anal whoops bet that gets deleted. Anyway well done:bow: Rob.
