good news Mark what days will you be there and is the rest of the Cheshire Plainz crew coming

Just a further reminder for anyone wanting to eat at the pub over the weekend. Its essential that you book a table. They will be starting to serve food earlier this year to allow everyone to get fed in time. They will also be serving breakfast. For anyone wanting this please order and pay the night before.
This is the last year that Ben and Antonia will be looking after us. They are doing well but the brewery have got greedy and hiked the rent to a level they wouldnt be making any money.
There will be food at the hall on the Saturday night. It will either be a BBQ or a buffet. This will be decided next week.

Is that the Rose & Crown Martin? If so that's a shame, Sara and I went there quite a few times last summer for Sunday lunch and their Roast Beef was superb.

was planning in coming in through Grange and we should miss traffic
Just tried to book evening meal in the engine for 9 of us but guy said he had been told not to take booking s as the races were on and they would be busy
I know the Rose and crown will be heaving for meal already
Is there any Indian takeaways near by down wards towards Grange or even a chinese
If so Martin could you get us some menus and phone numbers cheerz

There are a couple of chinese in Grange Steve. I will get a few menus. There is also a chippy about 1/2 mile from the house. As the weather is going to be scorchio you could always have a BBQ in the garden. The Rose and Crown is starting food early so you should be ok if you are flexible on when you want to eat.

Any one who is stuck getting commendation booked for this as all places booked and don't fancy camping there is a spare twin room in the six bed cottage we have hired
Available from the Friday 26 June through the whole week end
Also ideal if you wanted to stay longer as a couple of us are staying there for the following week to make the journey worth while
