Fairlady 2/2 at Auction today

And completely misidentifying it in their eBay ad. 1975 Datsun 260Z 2+2 rather than Nissan Fairlady Z 2/2. And thus burying a key identifier that makes it special in the U.K. marketplace. Amateurish and opportunistic.

Does no-one use this site, ask for a bit of info, advice etc ?

Thereby messing up a key JDM feature - and removing a rather expensive pair of items. I hope they kept them, because if not, they threw away hundreds of pounds to slap some cheap ass door mirrors on.

Try messaging them?

My message bounced!

I've resent my message and asked if he wants to sell the mirrors - I've not said what they are worth.

I have had a polite response and yes perhaps he now realises he has a special car. I emailed via the website and he told me he had other messages.

If I had the space I would have been tempted - as with lots of cars at auction, perhaps just as well. I rented two garages once and filled them with a VW 411 and a 1200 Anglia.
