#3 F--k knows, but my personal opinion is only cars that Spike did.

1) Only cars that Spike did that, 2) have the complete kit, 3) whilst Samuri was under his ownership......

That narrows it down !

Albrecht will be along in a minute ans wail that we're STILL on about Samuri....as usual !

Bloody hell that front end is more like a snowplough IMHO
maybe the photo angle makes it look worse
thought the sams mostly had the deep curved spoiler

I agree with you Sean, the Sierra should fetch a lot more if it is as good as they say and the Riley looks a snip. I would like to think the 300 was a good price but for me there's one 0 too many.

Well trust me to start off a new thread in the wrong place!
I am glad it has been of interest and would like to thank everyone for their input and my question has been answered that the works rally cars did use Mikuni's.
I shall go and have look at the sale as I live local to it, Brightwells do seem to be over priced but they seem to make the money there.

Thanks The Alligator

Let me know how all the sales go please, especially the Riley, Cossie and 300 !

Thanks.

Are we really sure that the all works cars used only Mikunis ?

Sean we can't be sure of anything in this life but it has kept the "croc" sorry alligator happy.

Errr,

So when you asked about the "Datsun producted Samuri's", you actually meant Nissan's 'works' rally cars?

Wow. Scary. :conf2:

Who cares.

Historians, perhaps?

I called in today to have a look. Both car look nice but you would not wont to look to closely at the rear arches on either.
The 300zx is mint inside but £3000.
The Samuri nice to look at.
But make shure that you carry a dust pan and bush incase you have a bump. £12000 no way.
Away from the Datsuns if I was going spend up £12000 at the auction tomorrow it would be no. 71 the 1973 Triumph TR6 it looks and sounds great and still has 6 cylinder yes I know it P.I.
I think if you are paying £150 to enter your car, you are going to expect to get high price for pride and joy.

Cheers (Rock the Croc) the alligator

whos, 12k for a Triumph PI, ???????????????

Where is this????

oh, and who can lend me 10 grand??????????????

Used to buy 2500PI's for between £150-£250. Had three of them. Better handling car than the TR6, but that injection system is a no no.
