JonI'd suggest undoing the stopcock at the bottom of the radiator and draining it before step 3.
You shouldn't need to remove the fan (as long as you can get the shroud off - my car doesn't have one).
On my car at least, the 4 bolts have loose nuts on the other end.
Hi, I have a bag of these I can check condition if your still looking.Folks
Wondering if anyone has a set of these that are in plug & play condition ?
The plastic arm rest finishers

HaI hope you're blanking off the EGR valve ?
Looks like a rusted on washer to me Jason. Can you tap it off with a screw driver and hammer? But I need some advice .....
The manifold/headers->downpipe connector
2 x 14mm, 1 x 17mm
All three came out no problems
But I've been left with this spacer ??, behind the 17mm bolt
Downpipes are rigid, no movement at all
Not sure how to get that off (I've PB blasted it and will leave overnight)
Any advice ?
I have a spare blanking plate and gasket if you need one, but you can get fancy engraved Alu ones.Ha
I've not really got round to figuring out how to install yet but thanks very much for the tip
I'll try to figure out what that means tonight

GuysI hope you're blanking off the EGR valve ?
Hi JasonGuys
Some questions on this ...
- Do I have to remove the pipe between EGR and the manifold ? The bolt at the manifold (pic attached Huw) is stuck pretty hard and if EGR is blanked off will it matter ?
- Should I also be removing the BPT at the same time as the EGR ?
EDIT - for some reason can't upload any pics ?
