As standard equipment, yes.
8j front and 10j rear 8-spoke Kobe Seiko magnesium wheels were available as extra cost 'Sports Option' parts.

Dave, I'm a little confused.
Are you talking about the situation back in late 1971, when the 'HS30-H' model Fairlady 240ZG was on sale in Japanese Nissan showrooms. Or are you talking about something else?
If it's the former, then yes - the Nissan 'Sports Option' parts lists were available to the general public and the parts in them could be ordered by the general public.

Yes Alan its the 'Sport Option' parts list that was available to the general public in late 1971 was this list only for the HS30-H Fairlady 240ZG ?.

There were actually several different Sports Options lists for the S30-series Z, and they tended to cover parts for the cars that were currently in the showrooms or had previously been on sale in the showrooms.
Nissan continued to make Sports Option and Race Option parts for the S30-series Z for several years after the end of production. Just off the top of my head ( I should check ) I think the last S30-series Z-specific Sports Options list was dated 1979 or 1980....
Theoretically, all of these parts would have been available to the general public anywhere in the world. The trick was actually knowing about them, and - in the UK at least - not bothering to ask your local dealer or the national concessionaire about them ( because they wouldn't know about them and/or would not care about them ). They would have needed to have been ordered direct from Japan.

On the ETC parts page 11 item 22 the spoiler is it to go onto a Fairlady S30 or a 240ZG item.

The 3-piece rear spoiler fitted ( and still fits ) any 2-seater S30 / S31 model.
