What would you choose?

I was at Donington on Sunday and this car 'blitzed' the opposition including Sierra Cosworths and Steve Soper in an M3.

Dave Porter told me that Rik Wood said that he daren't use full boost on his R32 in case they were banned from the races!

This car was 2.5 secs a lap quicker than anything else. So I'd like this please.

There are a few r32's at deans race meetings. There are quicker cars in their series plus they often seam to have reliability issues.

This lapped Donington in 1.13. What are 'your' cars doing?

Edit just looked at CSCC John - Mike Chilton (race winner) 1.16.

Trust me John this car is quick.

If we are talking money no object, then the 1960 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Competition #2735

About 10 years ago I was driving down Baker St and saw this. Had a quick chat with owner, it's the 61 TT winning car.

For Japanese a mid 70s Colt Galant GTO/GSR.

This is a good call. I love those. Meaty looking with some overfenders and suitable wheels:

As Mr Tenno reminded me, a 70s 911 or early-80s backdate should be on my list too. Specifically, this one:

Whoever rebuilt that car is on my personal wavelength!

I have been many times close to pick a 944 over the Datsun (particularly in terms of affordability). I like the styling, just not too much the inside :p
After I sold my 260Z to Rob I bought a 968 Sport which was a great car. It looked good, everything worked and it drove really well, I did LMC 3 years ago in it, however it was very soul-less and Germanic. It didn't last long....
