Made a start on getting the new brake lines in and also managed to get the new gauges mounted into the dash

I didn't think it was acceptable to have that length of flexible brake hose, especially where it could potentially be damaged by debris thrown up from the tires?

Me too. I thought the length of the flexi hose had an effect on the pressure. The longer the hose the greater (although slight) pressure drop due to expansion of the hose.

The only reason for the flexi is for the movement of the axle/wheel (where hard lines wouldn't work) ... should be as short as practicable.

Nice work. i've built cars with all flexible lines, also every motorbike.

i'd worry about the caliper/pad coverage of the disc though?

Funny you should say that about the pad/disc as I thought the same when I put them on. I bought it all as a kit and didn’t think anymore of it

This week I received my huge order from Skillard. I have yet to see the products with my own eyes, but my buddy who's house I got them delivered to said they are awesome. Cannot wait to get home and see/fit them!

Oh and I also received my genuine badges from the states! Bit by bit I will get parts to restore this car from the ground up

different callipers to mine, I’ve messaged him and asked but no response as of yet. I checked the kit that I ordered and it says it’s a smaller calliper body in order to clear 15 inch wheels.
I’ve looked through some of his pictures and there’s a couple that look the same as mine

I took one of my seats apart to re-trim it , always thought my interior was to dark as everything is black in there, So wanted to add a bit of color into it and I have always liked the tartan Porsche seats,

Here's one half finished just waiting on some brass eyelets as I didn't like the other ones I have

My Cat seems to like it , he sat there all night

you should ask him to make a bracket that uses the other half of the disc face when that outer part wears out :)
