Samuri Gathering V 2017

Not had time to touch the engine but will get started this year sometime. Car is still off the road will be going back on April 1st, Getting a weird clunking sound through front suspension but only when near full lock, Faulty bearings at top of struts? Anyone?:thumbs:

Just booked my tickets for Saturday & Sunday.

I will be a first-timer so hopefully I will find the way ok. Now to book somewhere to stay.

Andy Smith is arranging an informal get together on the Saturday night for a few beers at the Castle Inn on the high street in Donington, would be good to have a bit of a social scene in the evening, anyone interested?

He posted the comment below on FB a a little while ago but I realise not everyone on here will see that.

Z fans attending Donington Historic Festival. Who wants to meet up in Donington Castle on the Saturday for a beer or three? Can you let me know so I can arrange numbers. Cheers!

Just booked into The Cedars for Saturday night. Will be driving up Saturday morning & hope to arrive at the event about 10ish. Seems like the car park at the Cedars will be full of Zeds which in itself will be a good photo opportunity.

Not sure about meeting up at the Castle Inn yet as this depends on how the Missus feels but put me down provisionally.

Looking forward to this but just hope the car makes it from Brizzle:unsure:
 
Booked my tickets last week and determined to get my old girl there for next weekend!!

Had some fueling issues doing the shakedown this weekend so hopefully once they're sorted this week we'll be good to go!

Looking forward to seeing some awsome Z's, please be kind to mine... :D

Just had the numbers through fro the organisers, I'm not sure how accurate they are but according to them we have 14 cars on Friday, 46 cars Saturday and 29 cars Sunday.

If we get anywhere close to Sunday's numbers, let alone Saturdays, it will be a great turn out :bow:

I have 2 complimentary tickets going spare and Dave Jarman has some spares too if we have any late entries or worthy members who haven't yet got themselves organised ;)
