Great stuff, looks an incredibly need and methodical build there! :D

Keep up the good work and enjoying keeping up with the project!

Andy Shaw? From Sale? I bought a diff off him and he kindly took me out in his GTR 240z and scared the living daylights out of me. Another absolutley beautiful motor, a true sleeper...

Your car is looking awesome!

Andy is a great mate and helped me out lots of times i know what you mean about his car.

Ok been away on my hols so it was back to work last week and sat in the workshop was a alloy rad that i bought from PRC in the States and was 1/2 the cost of having one built in the UK and a new 16" Kenlowe fan that i pick up very cheep off the GTR forum.

Made up some alloy brackets that will be welded on the rad end tanks so i can use the original mounting points on the rad support pannel, (i made a template from my old MSA rad so i know where the fit) .

The Kenlowe fan just bolts up great to the top and bottom of the rad and now comes with its own built in thermostatic fan control and wiring loom.its a great bit of kit.

Still got a lot to do but the list is getting shorter.

Found some time to do a bit more on the car had the brackets welded onto the side of the rad and a top cover made as it looked a bit untidy, bolted the Kenlowe fan in postion and fitted it all this morning before work.

Picked up the wheels from the blasters this morning he has cleaned the back and sides (removing all the old paint) i just gave them a quick wash down and they should be at the polishers sometime next week for the face to be redone.

Sizes are 15" x 10" rear and 15" x 8.5" fronts

Just got to find some sticky tyres that fit !!!.

Nice one Dave, I wasn't expecting you to go for the old skool look, they'll look great!

Had thought you would go for Watanabes or similar.

Got a set of Watanabes for everyday driving these are for trackday/drag.

Pete Mac had them from a car he parted out and i could not pass them up at what he wanted.

Finished off the RB26 wiring loom last week and spent a few hours on the car today sorting out where to fit it and drill a hole in the bulkhead.

Thanks to Andy & Darren for sending me over pictures of where they drilled there holes.

It all went to plan just waiting for the paint to dry and will pass it all through into the pass side tomorrow.

RB26 loom now installed and have removed the rear roll cage with my dad as could not fit the plastic rear window surrounds as it was to tight and the seats were hitting the bottom of the roll cage so going to do a bit of cutting back.

Onward and forward.

Need to get this car finished

Although mine will be on the road before yours, it certainly won't be finished. At least your's will be finished in every way. Looking superb and can't wait to see it in the flesh.

A big thank you to Andy Shaw as he brought his car around to the garage today to copy the wiring on the RB engine loom/Z loom.

About 1/2 way through to starting now.

Just have to go to the auto factors to pick up some more car electrical bits tomorrow.

Maybe you will be on the road before me!

Great to see someone in a pinstripe suit working on their car.
