I did indeed , there were two types and these were double the price so I'm hoping that means double the chrome plating, time will tell I suppose :-/

Spring blast

Bumped into to adz 2k today whilst I was giving the Car a blast . Definitely going to change the springs this coming week , got 220lb and 240lb springs ready to go. It felt too stiff today through town and a bit unsettled but great out on the duals.
Here are some photos Adam took

Sunny days

Weather was fantastic in South wales yesterday, awesome day for a blast. We got a few photos but my father wasn't happy with the lighting, need an overcast but bright day.

Really happy I stuck with the L26 and didn't swap out as I had my heart set on an RB25DET at the start, this thing sounds amazing ! I was worried it sounded too loud but it just ticks all the boxes.
I did around 90 miles last night and it behaved great , Cardiff roads are still **** though.

Does anyone know how to put videos up ? or shall i just link them to youtube ?

You have done a wonderful job of this car. I liked the old 'gunship' look and spook spoiler and was sorry to see it go but your vision and execution of the 'resto' has been superb.

You just need a new front bumper now ;)

Congrats.

ps so your Dad is a perfectionist too ? That windmill shot is fantastic.

I'd put them on YT first and link to it ... car looks a cracker.

Cheers mate, it certainly has been turning heads on the commute to work, had guys asking "what is it " in traffic . Going to do some Go-pro stuff soon...... Bute Town tunnels will be on the route that's for sure.

Thanks for the kind words Rob, It is has turned out just as I wanted it.

I agree on the bumper mate, no hiding from professional photography :) I'm going to put the rubber bits on the bumper (when I find some) and some bolts in the over rider holes and see how that looks.

You're right Rob my dad is a flat out perfectionist, he isn't happy with most of the shots he took

We are going to do some light painting this weekend down in Cardiff Bay as long as the weather behaves. Then do some of the close up feature photos like , Triple webers , Nardi wheel etc etc

How about welding them up for a cleaner look? Being painted makes finishing off easier than chrome.
