Hi, no trackdays planned for the moment, only spirited driving on country roads. Still got my Alfa for the trackdays.

Will trial and error a bit on camber settings. But will start on 2° front camber and 1° rear camber and go from there.

So after over 4 months on jackstands I managed to have most of the parts bolted back onto the car. I mounted my freshly painted rims and put it on the ground. Feels so good to see it sitting on all four tires. Need to dial in the coilovers now and do a complete geometry. For reference, the coilovers (BC Racing) are lowered all the way down at the moment. The rear is exactly where I want it to be. The front will be raised 5-10mm and I’ll have to dial out quite some camber!

Looking sweet! Are you going to be putting those SSR's on?

Yes, I will. Just got them last saturday.
But need to find those special shaft lug nuts first. Then some centercaps. And get them repainted. Don't feel like putting wheels with red centers on a blue car

Love that old school look with those wheels and the stance is great. Nice job. More pics please when you get it dialed in.

So, the suspension is dialed in. I fitted the BRE style lip, did some more minor things.
But at's still snowing outside, here is another pic from the car in the shelter:

Maybe adapt those '73 bumpers for an earlier look ?

Yes, those bumpers will be replaced with some "harrington" bumpers one day. But still can't decide if I prefer the all clean version or the stockish looking version with the rubber strips !

Here is another pic taken yesterday after cleaning the car,...

I know what you mean - I gave it careful thought and then went without....but with the dark colour, black spoiler and wheels - it's a hard choice !

Space, that's what I'm short of ... would be so nice to have the space round the car. Even my (large) single garage doesn't afford me that ... car looks fantastic!

There isn't always that much space. I share this shelter (as we call it) with 7 really good mates. Gets quite crowded sometimes

What a fantastic workspace. I do okay with my double garage, but that will get awfully tight if and when another project comes into the equation!
