What do those seats look like?
Any suggestions on ones that fold forward?
Do they fold forward?I used S2000 seats.
Yes, can't remember how far, car has been sold now. Fold and slide forward. All I did was put two flat 3mm plates under the runners to make brackets so it fitted the existing floor points.Do they fold forward?
I’ve spoken to the restorer about the overall condition and he said it’s doesn’t seem that bad. He’s said not to count our chickens before it’s media blasted as that’s when the full reveal will make itself known. So, just how good was the previous and young restoration please ?
One thing you can count on is that I won’t be hiding anything! You’ll get to see it warts and all. Like the title of this thread states, I’m making DIL great again
If I’m being honest, I think he built the car to keep so tried his best till his money ran out or realised how expensive it is to do it properly. The finishing was done on a budget hence the overall look wasn’t great. I’m just hoping the money didn’t dry up whilst working on the frame/body. Either way in for a penny, in for a pound or in this case loads of poundsGood on you !
Let's just hope Mr Muscles didn't hide too much . Looks good so far

Forget about fingers, I’ve got my toes crossedExactly. I'm new to this forum and 240z's. But I've read every post on his previous thread, and the biggest frustration and disappointment was that he just didn't put up many pics of the work that was alledgedly carried out. Hence the sceptism. Fingers crossed for you
