THIS is why forums are more useful than instant photos/info and then lost in the mass on FB !
If the guy had come on here, asking about advice he'd have saved his Mums' money. I even had a Z-owning Portugeuse speaker ring the scammer up who was floundered, said he didn't understand Porto and 'English only please' ! Except when my friend asked him in Porto, he answered correctly.
I feel bad for him...and this also shows just how much fluctuation and percieved difference there is in car values.

It is a very sad situation for the guy. What I don’t understand is the bank saying the money has been withdrawn and is lost! I assume the bank account must be legit and therefore the bank have the account holders details to give to the Police to apprehend the scammer?
