Yes - when they say parade lap, it isn't like the car park at Donny........as previously said just have a slight problem at the start which after a while magically clears itself.........;)
Just look out for slower people in supposedly much faster cars waving cameras around.
Got to say this is a bit early to be thinking about it, but now I am , I think its safe to say I will be there again! Just hope your sundance works Sean!

Hoping to attend the Classic next year... not sure which car yet. Took the 260 to LM24 this year and it didn't miss a beat. It got LOTS of attention - something really different in a sea of modern megabucks exotica!

Might even have a photo or two knocking around of the 260 out "on track"... and not exactly officially... cough cough ;-)

Explain please ?

Well, there's no "official" track-time or parade laps that I know of for LM24 so some people try to get onto the track as soon after the race has finished as possible - there's often a selection of cars stretching their legs at Indianapolis for example. I know of one or two for whom the challenge is to get onto it before the race (ie after the roads have been closed to the public) but that's asking for trouble!

Right, I'll have to sort out camping on the circuit again I think.....so long as it's civilised and with clean, working toilet blocks.

After talking with Jon today he is talking about more civilised accommodation and I would like to be close to the nearby town that everyone seams to hang out in. No camping for us this time. Talking about heading down on Thursday and coming back Monday.

John, we went out on the last night in Arnage and watched a football match on TV remember?

Yes, that's the place. My memory is terrible and Jon mentioned that name a couple of times yesterday.
