Sean - any news from Sandrine, or are you now thinking of camping circuit-wards from the above chain?

Cheers!

Well, I'm easy going - the 'mass' seemed to be leaning towards a site on the circuit to avoid the jams etc...even you (I thought) were looking at a hotel ?

Did you want a room chez elle ?

So, to sum up, Looks like 5 so far in our group and we all want to stay in non canvas accomodation. I would like to be near Armage as I like the idea of being around the action. I'm not bothered about a slow drive in to the circuit in the mornings as see it as part of the experience. It would be nice to be other Zed members but I dont want to camp.

Sean - Can you recommend anywhere or should we just take pot luck. I'm also guessing we need to book quick to avaid dissapointment.

Ok, I hear 'your' likes, if the other 4x are of the same opinion, give me an idea of budget pp per night and I'll have a scout around and yes - the earlier the better.

Time is ticking on - a lil birdie says that there may well be a contingent of Z32s heading for us; there will certainly be some moderns (Z33S and 4s) - it would be nice to see some older Zs and ZXs on the stand too !

Calling all classics !

I've expressed interest with 2 different parties but not got nothing back in stone as there are 3 of us at least in 260s maybe more,

There was/is a group of us that had planned on going but it seams to have fizzled out. I would still like to go and I'm open to joining any group that makes the effort to organize something. I think Terry is also committed to going but neither of us really have the time to organise things.

I'm going again this year, taking the Z and staying at Chateau de Chanteloup , Dominique there has a wonderful place and really looks after his guests, we've booked the Orangeries but the camping, motor home and caravan facilities are fabulous

It'll be nice to see some Z's there, don't think I've ever seen one

Always the way Jon,people say they want this and that but when it comes down to the nitty gritty they don't want to know, bin there so many times, might just stick to our own little group of 6 Zeds, that's if it all comes together, but I'm open to offers,or I might just go down the caravan at Mersea

I will be organising reduced-priced tickets, our stand (and therefore your free parking within the circuit if booked via us) and the camping* IF it is with us.

*I'm willing to reserve on** or off circuit as the mood swings.

**only if a reasonable standard can be promised because back in 2012 it was dire and way too expensive for the 'facilities' provided.

I was there last Le Mans Classic (2014) and not a Z in sight - were you there in 2014?

The most important and urgent information I need from you is whether you want to buy a parade lap ticket because by experience, if I don't order and pay for these upon the first ticket reservation period - spaces are fully booked before January !

Gents,

I'm def up for a trip to LM Classic. In fact, I have reserved a Portsmouth / Bilbao ferry ticket a few days before with the idea of doing a road trip around NE Spain and then heading up to Le Mans.

I'm happy camping or hotel as long as the beer is cold and it doesn't take an hour to get to the circuit.

Hoping to hit the Classic myself next year as well. Already got my spot reserved for the 24 so it might be my first year doing both!!!

I will be receiving the club's order forms next week (finally) and those that want to buy their reduced-price tickets to get in and anso visit the paddocks AND be on our stand (free inside circuit parking), enjoy a couple of full LM24Hrs circuit laps.....had better react and pay quickly.

I can't accept any bookings without full payment.

We shall be camping via the ACO this year, hopefully within or very, very close to the circuit.

I will be handling ACO camping bookings for those that wish : others may make their own arrangements but generally, the tickets are delivered to me very late so I expect to be handing them out on the spot !
