Steve, any idea when the tickets/passes will be sent out? Are the coming directly from the organizers or via the club?

All meant to be arriving week beginning 21st April and then I will be posting out straight away
all labels printed and reedy to go

This year we have been moved to a different location
please note that the gates open at 6am and as you would have to travel passed the normal gate we used to use to the far end of the circuit if coming from the premier inn would advise to get there as early as possible
I have attached a copy of the letter and location map

Forgot to mention that all tickets were put in postbox Saturday but missed the 12 noon deadline so they will be taken from postbox this morning and should be dropping though your letterboxes in the next couple of days

there were 4 I sent out first as I taken them up to the post office to get them weighed for the stamps so decide to post out these 4 straight away

each track session should have a
Gate A card to hang from the rear view mirror
A Tracktime checklist for each session
An indemnity form for each session

Unfortunatly I have missed out this form out of one of envelopes sent out but do not know whose it was can you check that you have one of the following for each track sessions you have ie if you have 3 sessions you need 3 of these If you do not have this could you photo copy one to take with you or pm me and will get it sent to you
