Hmmm, I can't see any designated parking for people showing up in embarrasing non-Japanese motors not wishing to cause offense and plonk then in the line up ;) I'm not going to have to get up at the crack of dawn and walk to the showground am I? (BTW the answer to that is definitely no ;))

Cheers,
Rob

There is a public parking area just outside the entrance gates. If you are there early enough you shouldn't have far to walk.

Alternatively you could request a "support vehicle pass" which will enable entrance for non-jap crap, (oops, I mean cars) (should be available from the whoever organised the zclub stand. . I'm sure we can find a tree or something for you to park behind.:)

what 'support vehicle pass'? I've got a van full of club stuff and no pass.
And that is the ONLY nonZed we are having on the stand.
Anyone arriving in a NON Zed WILL have to park in the public car park.

I plan to be there, how many people are camping Saturday night?

So is anyone else camping?....I shall probably just go for the day on Saturday, but might put my tent in the boot if anyone else is camping on Sat. night.

I'm camping all weekend

Support vehicle passes were available from "The Organisation" months ago.

If you did not request one, I'm sure Claire (or other Organisation staff) can provide one for you at the gate.

When you booked the stand you will have been provided with a booking form to request either/or advance tickets and/or "support vehicle passes".

Is there an "oops" coming from somewhere?????

If there are no Zclub members camping there will be ZXOC members aplenty camped out, with beer and burgers. :)

You are welcome to pitch your tent alongside us should you wish to.

You can camp on the club stand but the rule is that you must take your tent down during showtime. (This has never been rigidly enforced as far as I'm aware). There are plenty of camping areas but none near our display.

All offers of help gratefully received. I should be there mid Friday p.m. with the marquee to set up. It's not a hard job but the more people do it the easier it is.

Hi,
I suppose lots of tents on the stand might reduce the parking area somewhat!...would be useful at nightime though.

My site is adjacent to the camping area, right hand side of the map, roughly half way up/down. :)

So my tent won't be far away, which is a good job with the number of "shots" i just purchased at my local supermarket.

Bad weather? Behave! Haven't you got a tent? Or even a big coat to make into some sort of rudimentary shelter from the dreaded drizzle?

I'll be setting off soon and it's bone dry here.:)

My eldest son says it's wee-weeing down in Banbury:conf2:

When I get there the sun's gonna shine:thumbs:

Hi,
The rain and thunder storms are moving up the middle of the Country, so hopefully Peterboro' will miss it?
It's currently raining very hard in Warwick, with thunder in the distance.:(
I'm going to the Show in the morning and will hopefully camp overnight on Saturday.
See you there!
