Ive emailed this morning for confirmation of the arrangements - ill pop it on here when i have a reply

We had requested around 30 spaces between the two clubs - but may need to confirm numbers later

We need to get a final idea of numbers - if you want to reply in this thread if you are coming - ill create a rolling list so i can go back to them .

I initially have 30 spaces booked between us and the DDK boys - but have advised I will update them and change accordingly . They dont want to set aside space and us not turn up ( lets not mention the weather just now - if its dry are you coming ?)

I will advise them of the numbers - you dont need to book individually

You cannot arrive before 10

Us and DDK should have a dedicated area together - yet to be determined . The marshalls on the day will know ( im advised ) and will coordnate this . They do not need our help co ordinating the arrival but :

** They have asked if - to make things simple - if we can arrive as close together as possible to make it easier for them. **

I will be travelling down the A1 from North Yorkshire - and may try and convoy from Wetherby or somewhere similar with some of the DDK lads - ill update on this when i speak to them.

Maybe anyone travelling North could arrange something similar ? Not mandatory but may help in coordinating arrival

TO KEEP THIS SIMPLE - WOULD ANYONE HAVE AN ISSUE ARRIVING AT 10?

Id really like this to be, not , over complicated.
If you have any special dietary requirements , require aloe vera toilet roll, only park your car on gravel size <3mm , cant wear non-matching socks , need reassurance that you bum doesnt look big in this, need the crusts cutting off your sandwiches, have allergies on specific days of the week or any other such requests - tell your mum ( or other such shoulder you cry on ) .

Yes I will be there rain or shine. It may be a convertible but I am prepared for a heavy shower that leads to water ingress in the car as I like to keep the roof down. You should have no trouble spotting me !
