Hi guys - I’m heading down with 3/4 of the 911 guys ( and now a Tvr and a lotus)
Originally they had planned to meet at Wetherby and Ferrybridge to convoy in but have now decided just to meet at the motorist at 10. I’ll probably be doing the same .
I’ll keep updating for any changes / proposals from my end.
@DaveF - I’m just off the Leeming Bar junction and will be joining the a1 there.

The local plan for us at the moment is to leave Leeming A1 at around 9 - no later .
Few of us meeting at Coneygarth services .
Its 50 miles - so would be nearby at 09:50??
If anyone wanted to wait at that industrial estate down the road - we could drive through or you could wait till we pass and jump on???

Ive just had a look on Google maps and its further away than I thought, It will take about an hour and a half as its the other side of Leeds to me.
I will be there for 10, hopefully without an engine light on

We are planning to meet on the road (dead end ) up from the services entrance at coney Garth services .
We will be there from around 08:45-09:00 if you fancy joining us .
There is a small lay-by on the left hand side of the road coming from the Leeds end about 50 metres before the turn into The Motorist. I’ll be plonking my white 240 in there about 09:50 and joining the end of the convoy. If the layby has been taken up by a burger can or pikeys ..oops sorry, ethnic travellers… I’ll plot up on the long entrance road in and join from there. At the back. Oh, and traditional North Yorkshire thing - first person in buys all the sandwiches. See you there, brown sauce on mine thanks.

A lot of these lads are from Yorkshire . Buy all the sandwiches !!

My day had a small hiccup after my passenger hit my ECU off switch half way en route (and partially up a hill!)....all part of the fun of owning a Z I guess.. Other than that, my Z ran very well for its first proper meet!

My youngest (35I decided the easiest way to be identified is to hit a tree with my face whilst MTB-ing in the woods on Wednesday....so I'll be the one with a big scab on his face
I'm also bringing my wife (Juliet) and (after bacon at 10) I've also booked the restaurant for Sunday lunch at 1pm
@AD240Z it's 1 hour from mine so I could meet you on the way? Whereabouts do you join the A1?
