Should have mentioned... for indoor use. I was looking at these:

Ultimate car covers. I have used these for several years and are superb. I have used one outside for the last 5 years and although it has discolored a bit, it has not degraded or worn at all. The only issue I have is with the sizing. The first one I bought fitted absolutely perfect (it was specifically for a 240z). The subsequent ones have all been too big so i have returned them for a which were still big.

I’ve always used auto pyjama. Their indoor covers are very good quality. They come in two varieties light weight and full cotton. They also have a nice convenient side zippered door panel so you don’t have to strip the cover off to get access to the interior. They are pricy but good quality, washable as well. But loads of choice out there.

I think I'm going to go for one of those thick, quilted covers because my garage is so tight.. I'm terrified I'm going to whack the newly painted car with something at some point when its finished.
