Brian Baker sad news

Sad news from yesterday.
Brian Baker has passed away with pneumonia. He died at home with his wife Brenda and his daughters.
He is pictured here with his last Z, after owning over 20 Z's including 3 Samuri's from the late 1980's up to last year.
Mark Rayner is looking for any memories or photos that you can share to make up an album to create for Brenda.

I saw that this morning on FB Steve, very sad to hear.

Brian was a lovely chap, condolences to Brenda and all his family and friends. RIP Brian.

Where does he come from Steve, Cant say I remember crossing paths but probably did as I’ve had Zeds since the early 80 s and met many Zedders

Oh no. Terrible news. I’ve known Brian since I first got into Zs, through the Cheshire Plainz group. I was aware he’d been struggling health-wise in recent times, but this is still a shock.

Mine and Kerry’s condolences to Brenda and the family. He will be missed.

Met Brian and Brenda in billing days and oulton park gold cup regulr on many occasions

Cheeeckly asked me if samuri was for sale 10yr ago wen last saw him

Said I was a blast from the past

Very sad to hear this was a good bloke that loved his Z cars
