Thanks so much for your recent order with our company! I'm writing to let you know that we're currently shipping from our overseas fulfillment warehouse, which means that due to the current climate of COVID-19, there have been significant delays with shipping in and out of the country.
What this means for your order is that we're currently looking at about 4-5 weeks estimated delivery time. If you would like to process a refund, that's okay, we can handle that. But if you're willing to wait, that's the time frame we are currently expecting. This is just a courtesy update, there's no requirement to reply to this email.
