Is a 6 inch crack in a windscreen where the tax disc goes an MOT failure? Or as it technically out side the the drivers view area passable??? Not my zed luckily but my senator.

Any tips on replacing these on the drivers side? are there 2 or 1, its hard to tell as there are 2 close together and i cant tell whech one is leaking (deffo one of them) It a bugger as i just replace the 2 hoses to the matrix and this looks a little more fiddly.

I have the paint to get my bumper sprayed, but cant get hold of the guy who was due to do it for me. Any offers, really want to keep costs down if poss :) Bumper is polyeurethane and has never been sprayed, already attached to car no needs no fitting prep.
