It's not a Reliant Robin, it's a Reliant Regal Van. The Robin was a later 'Tricycle'.

Most people call a Reliant a Robin, or Robin Reliant. The Robin name seems to be the dominant name with folks. You wouldn't say 'he's got an Escort Ford', you would say a 'Ford Escort'.

I don't know why people do this but the more that do it will only endorse it.

I'm not sure what the trailer is based on, that might be a Robin Van/Estate but extended.

I'd call a ford escort a ford escort or an escort, depending on context. as I did with the robin.
I'd probably call any 3 wheel reliant a robin. because I don't care enough about them to know more.
