Sounds complicated and a bit of a lottery for the average buyer and with exchange rates (Brexit looming ?), costs can only go up.
All I'll say is that my £ prices remain stable and I've only just broken even after 8x years so the background costs etc, I know only too well.
Yes, waiting for a sale is complicated.
Exchange rates go up and down.
Pull the other one about breaking even, I use to get exhausts made in the UK so I know the costs very well.
If I was motivated that way I could take my Fujitsubo to a place here in the Uk have copies made knowing full well what they'd cost.
