It does depend on the material, of course of wheel and tyre, you can pick up an F1 wheel in one hand. Minilites are reasonable light likewise planning aluminium based callipersI don’t think you’ll find any with that wheel type in that size.
Regards handling, bigger wheels, more unsprung mass.
If that’s what you want and you’re happy you might have to just be the first to tread the path.
