jeeze you had me worried then i must have read your post too fast, i thought you said, just wait til you get hold of me canadian dark bum............i was gonna say sod it i aint going.......lol
 
I've just been offered overtime all weekend and with a large bill coming in July when my car goes to the bodyshop I've had to take up the offer, so I won't be coming now :-(
 
Late addition, plus either "she who must be obeyed" or my son.
Havnt yet met anyone from the club and thought it this seems like a good opportunity to rectify the matter.
Apart from my 260z and a tent what do i need to bring, and what time are people getting there?
 
many ppl will be there late sat. afternoon (some fri), bbq will fire up as soon as i can get there! about 530 ish. there will be loads of food n beer, egg n bacon etc in the morning, lunch too on sunday, also tea,coffee, ive just gone out and bought cups,plates,etc. so you only have to bring yourself+ any special requirments you have.... but if you have any bits to swap or sell, dont forget them, above all be prepared to have a laugh and a giggle....just introduce yourself and feel at home!!!!!!!!

i've a feeling this will be the weekend of the year!!!!

oh jeeze, i just looked at me moonshine and i've had to change the bottle as i think its starting to melt the glass, had a sip.....ooooooooo yohowser thats good :D bring gaviscon!;)

please note; i cant be held responsible for liver,heart,kidney and lung failure due to the moonshine im bringing, of course this only applies to those north of watford as we southern softies can handle half a lager unlike those deprived of air!!!:D
 
Don't forget about us halfway folks in Harlow !!! We tend to make a regular habit of drinking unleaded from the BP pumps when the mood strikes us !:rolleyes: Saying all that ,if I remember right, I was working in Hull last week and got drank under the table by a local who tipped the scales at 8 stone and was running the bar at the time . :eek: :D

Ive got no doubt you southern softies can handle a half of lager (Grolls), its just the big pints you have problems with!!
 
well I'll be there from 10am and I could do with a hand setting things up as my son can't make it now. But wot the heck, weather forecast for weekend is good ,the drinkz tent iz the last to go up and will then be open so the sooner itz up the better.

oi burnsie, i dug out some quality cd's for our drive up, beach boys, mot the hoople,stone roses and the sex pistols:D

we should be able to listen to them atleast 4 times each way! did you want a lift back too?:D

Hi Chris
The premises are the JG Dog Sanctuary which is situated on the B6020 between Blidworth & Rainworth just East of Mansfield. This is about 10 mins from jn 27 M1 via A608/A611; 30 min from A1 Newark via A617 or A1 Worksop via A614. The site is an almost level mowed grass field approx 150yds x 50yds (1.5 acres) surrounded by a 2m high chain link fence with padlocked gate. Access is suitable for caravans & small vans and camping It is very secure, there is no direct access onto road. The land is sandy & well drained. There are 2 clean tiolets with H&C incl disabled. Both villages are about 10 min walk & have the usual pubs, restaurants take aways etc.
