speedometer

Hi guys
I'm looking for a km/h spedometer for my -73 240 so i can swap it with the mph one, anyone knows how, where and when.
If anyone would like to make a scan of there disc and mail it to me, that would also be so much appreciated.

You should be able to get an adapter that plugs into the existing speedo cable to convert.

Ask any local importers, if you know any. Cheap and easy

Good advise, but i still need the scale to be in km/h.

Buy a GPS digital speed indicator.

I have a 'Road Angel', it tells the correct speed no matter what tyres, diff, gearbox I have!

Its not that hard to calculate from mph to kmh and i can also make me a convertion "post it" and put on the sunvisor, it dont have to be that precise, i will probably be speeding anyway.
But i still don't get a km/h face disc.
What do you Brits have, are most of your Zeds imported??

Both UK and US models have mph speedos fitted, so I would go with converting to your speed limits in your country? and sticking a line on your speedo face at correct position. That is what some of our Porsche customers do if they don't change their speedo over.

The reason why i want to change it is that i want to convert my car from a US to a European spec. that also includes tail lights with amber flash so i'm also out looking for some of those, even that it's easier to get as repro.

All the suspension stuff is solved, heavier front sway bar, rear sway bar and coil overs, no soft US burger suspension here, if you get my point.

I'll second that - Moggy is an honest seller ! Don't forget to drop the repaters on the rear wings and the JDM indicators at the front if you want a real euro spec !
