Hi all,
I thought it was about time that I introduced myself and my car to the forum.
My car is a 1978 registered 260Z coupe in 306 silver metallic. From what I can work out, the car was built around October 1977, so it has the revised interior trim fitted from new. I have had the car from 2001 (so apologies for the delay in posting) and am the third owner from new. The car appears, from my limited knowledge of the 260Z, to be stock, even down to the Hitachi flat top carburettors, which is the main reason for an "advisory notice" at each MOT when it was on the road! The car is on SORN at present, mainly due to a young family (although brake pipes look a little suspect too), but I hope to get it back on the road this summer (as long as the weather improves over summer last).
As for me, I live near Tonbridge, Kent, with my wife and two children; and work in London.
I will try and post up some more car pictures as soon as I have grasped the wonders of the modern technological age (or at least learned to type using more than one finger at a time).
Regards.
