You should be able to register. Instead of a deadline, they will tell me when we are nearing capacity. We are now up to around 24 so quite a big group if everyone turns up. We are yet to be allocated our stand area but I would suspect it will not be in the Paddock as per previous years.

All. I have just been notified that the closing date for Club passes is Friday 23 June at Midday. I think you can still get a ticket after that but it will be in a different area possibly in the public car park. I think tickets and info about the club stand area will be sent out next week.

For anyone that has booked track time this is for you:

"For info if any of your members have ordered track passes these will need to be collected on the day as we are checking all driving licences and asking drivers to sign on with us in the morning but all information will be sent with their car pass."

For all of you who have booked through the Club code, passes should be arriving from today. At last count we have 22 people booked and we have been allocated a pitch in the Paddock area on tarmac. Entry time is 7-7.30 am which is earlier than usual and is through the BLUE gate.

Arrived this afternoon. All being well, I’ll be gate crashing as planned in the RA25 - hopefully looking a bit more stance-y if I can get the adjustable suspension fitted this weekend.

Ticket not arrived yet but not going to be able to make it. Still need to replace the clutch master and slave and time has run out due to life, work and other pressures.
If anyone wants my ticket (club stand only, not track) send me a PM.

Celica still coming but will be standard suspension/ride height unfortunately; turns out the front strut/hubs that I welded the coilover tubes onto are the wrong ones. Different bolt pattern for the brake disc backing plates/caliper mounts. So, now had to buy some old specifically RA25 ones from Japan to hack up again and try and salvage the internally threaded weld on tubes to transfer over. Ugh.

We have a tarmac pitch in the paddock area. Need to arrive by 7.30 and park in an available space. It's going to be tight as the pitch doesn't look big enough for everyone if all turn up. Might need to squeeze up a bit. Couldn't do much about it unfortunately!☹️

Alas, running late as I had to take the Celica back to storage and swap to the Z. Won’t be there till 9ish…
Note that I sympathize and the like means I didn't in fact like this. I am also not there this morning.

Have fun guys 👍

Good turnout today despite the rain showers. Nice to meet up and also meet a couple of new faces. Bonus that there were 3 2+2s at the same event which I can't recall happening before.

Apologies to the owner of the yellow Z32 ( probably Bill Rivit from a previous post) that I didn't say hello.

Fair play to the owner of a silver S30 who went out on track in very wet conditions. The car sounded awesome!!👍

That was a long day! 3.15am get up, on road for 4.15 in the Celica, got as far south as Stafford and finally cracked and had to turn around and take the Celica back to Knutsford - after a watching the oil pressure gauge hovering at around a quarter and actually get lower the faster I went. Didn’t fancy chancing it all the way to Combe and having the engine go pop due to oil starvation. It’s likely it’s a faulty pressure sender, but not a chance I wanted to take. Swapped to the Z and then caned it down the M6/5/4. Stupid amount spent on fuel…

Good to catch up with everyone. Shame the weather couldn’t make up its mind! We had a good showing, although the event overall seemed lacklustre compared to last year. :/

If I'd been able to make it there would have been 4! Maybe next year.

Thought mine would have been ready for yesterday but “life” intervened and it’s still in its current state waiting to be put back together! Are there anymore outings planned down this way soon?
