Based on membership status and the order they signed up these people have confirmed track time (assuming they pay by the deadline of April 15th).

1 spot is available to the first member that requests it. Based on previous years experiance the fist five people on the waiting list will receive track time.
 
IMPORTANT UPDATE

The Japfest organizers have anounced a special limited time discount on general admission tickets of £11. The normal discounted club price is £14 but each ticket at this price includes a stand pass. I have discussed this with the organizers but they are sticking with the £14 price. The good news is if you are planning on bringing one or more passengers you can save £3 on each passenger ticket and buy one £14 ticket to enter the display area with 1 stand pass. Either way you win as entry on the day is £20. The special discount offer ends on Jan 31st.

Yep, I got the offer the day after your PM. Been trying to persuade the organizers all week to lower the price for us but they wont budge. Probably best for people to just add a post if they no longer need passenger tickets. If everyone starts revising the list it will be chaos, I have everything on a spreadsheet so when the dust settles I will put up a new list with all the adjustments.
 
It's not till May, I will do my best to fix my car for then! Can you put me down for two of everything if I'm not too late please, if I am please add me to the queue :)

Correction - I'll buy 3 Admission tickets through you please Mark - I missed the Jan 31st cut-off date for the offer :smash:

Mark I've also booked 2 additional individual sessions 11.42 and 13.30 - unfortunately I couldn't get any Z Club session times off the booking line. Can you let me know our times ASAP please in case I need to change them, I want to avoid adjacent sessions (driver change and brake/tyre cooling).

Welcome to the club Rob!
I have put you down for 1 admission and 2 track time. As a paid member you leap frog the people on the waiting list and get the last two confirmed track time spaces. You can pay when ever you like but must be paid in full before April 15. Payment is made using the paypal link on the Zclub home page (the same one you used to join) and prices are in post #1 of this thread.
 
Have I got this correct? 2 admissions and 2 Track times = £28 + £60 + £0.50 + £0.80 = £89.30
