It's on it's way... Tonight's the night!

Right, the PDF is there but the password is wrong. If you need it just PM me and I'll send it to you via PM as I can't get the effing thing working. The webmaster has spun a devious system here that is so secure that even with all of my knowledge of HTML & PHP, I can't for the life of me fathom it out. It absolutely is beyond me. And to view it you WILL DEFINITELY NEED TO USE INTERNET EXPLORER as Firefox just doesn't seem to understand it. I'm very disappointed by the whole thing as I've had it ready to go all day but just trying to get it to work has been horrible. Sorry guys, but if you find any problems, just post them here and I'll try and remedy them as soon as I can. Again, you'll have to use INTERNET EXPLORER to view it. I've not tried Safari as I have a PC at home but any Mac users out there will probably be fine anyway.

Okay, I'm back on trying to make it work across the board but please, use IE to view it in the interim. It's a brilliant issue and contains plenty to get your monday morning blues, up, up and away. Go grab a cuppa and have a look see!

Winter 2008 Magazine

Seems to work ok on my Firefox (latest version 3.0.5 )
works fine on IE6

Download still not working ,but then you know about that.

I did notice that the password now has a full stop at the end-not sure if it was supposed to?

Anyway it looks b***** good to me so far -well done that man

Cool. The problems must be because it's cached on my machine. The download does work in IE with the new password. The password doesn't have a fullstop at the end (and if I could find the file that contained that script we'd be there!). Thanks for the heads-up. I'll PM you the PW and you can be the guinea pig tester!

Seems to work ok on Firefox 2.0.0.18 as well (on an older machine running W2K) and on !E7

Download button still gives an error message on all at the moment

hope this helps but feel free to ignore me if not-most people do :)

I have Fire Fox 3.0.5 and it doesnt work, so I viewed on IE. Excellent job Jak. your a credit to the club mate.

Jako:- I am seeing the one with the 300 on the cover (after pressing the reload button to clear the cache)

I did notice it is still titled as Summer 2008

Download is still coming up as error for me even in IE6 will try 7 again in a minute

Not sure why other people are having trouble with FF as I am running some fairly heavy duty Ad-blocking and two firewalls. and it seems to work ok.

Edit last post probably explains last bit!

NOTE to peeps if you are on FF press reload button

Steve-look to top of browser screen two buttons to the right of the back button is the reload button-click on that

Jako
this is what I.m getting as an error message on the download may be pointing to summer mag??

FIXED IT! The problem is that it stores the page data in Firefox's cache. You'll need to do a quick fix to get round this but it works once you've done it. You need to go to the Tools menu (in firefox this is!) and scroll down to Clear Private Data... and it should give you a pop up window. Once it's there check the following boxes and run it and then it'll sort it out (phew!). If it doesn't look exactly the same don't worry. As long as you UNcheck the saved passwords box you'll not lose yer bank log-ins / zclub log-in etc.

If you go to address bar and edit the /1olm08.pdf group at the end to read /2olm08.pdf it should then work and bring up the password box-enter password (obtained from Jako) and away you go

only thing I can't make wotk is the print button but I usually print from the PDF anyway
