Well been a relaxing weekend in the garage skim of filler over the welded areas ,surprisingly very little filler used about two golf ball sized mixed up and sanded off happy with that as i don't want the car to be fun of filler

Now all epoxy primed really pleased with the outcome better than i thought

Now onto the floor rail all prepared epoxy primed inside and zinc weld through primer to the edges

Good spot on what looks like a snake,its actually a cushion but now you've pointed it out it does look like a snake

Small update repair to front lower face of A post

Then another small repair where A post meets top of sill

Welded on

Ground down still needs tidying

Finished surprising how long 2 small repairs take always longer than you think

Yes thats true Rob bodyshops are even more expensive than Builders

will keep at it not beaten yet

Ready to weld in floor rail holes all drilled out floor rail jacked up to underside of floor

Now welded in

Ground down welds

will sort any grinding down underneath once back on rotisserie

Also done another small repair to bottom corner of steering column plate

Floor now epoxy primed except for where seat rails need to be welded in I've just zinc primed those areas

Now have to remake the bottom of the seat rails as 1 they don't match new floor contour and 2 there pretty much rotted away going to be a fun job
