Thanks Rob nice to know I've been missed ;) yes very satisfying but a massive amount of work i must say ,as you know i will get this car finished but no hurry as it is just a hobby if i finish it to soon i would have to get something else :EXTRAlol:

So much work! Excellent stuff. Must be really satisfying seeing that chassis rail looking as good as it does in the engine bay ...

Thanks Mike yes must say the new chassis rail does look good now its in,and yes has been a lot of work up to this stage and still not half way there yet :rofl:;)

Well been a relaxing weekend in the garage skim of filler over the welded areas ,surprisingly very little filler used about two golf ball sized mixed up and sanded off happy with that as i don't want the car to be fun of filler :)

Also done another small repair to bottom corner of steering column plate

Floor now epoxy primed except for where seat rails need to be welded in I've just zinc primed those areas

Now have to remake the bottom of the seat rails as 1 they don't match new floor contour and 2 there pretty much rotted away going to be a fun job :(:rolleyes:
