What a great weekend spent with great people plus Chris Vega lots of loverly mini’s and the lady’s that wore them. Good to meet up with Chris visscher on Friday and spend the day enjoying the cars and talking Zed’s. A big thank you to Angelique for the tickets. Managed to blag my way into most off limit area’s so I got to enjoy the full revival experience. I did take quite a few pictures so I’ll share a few.

Well Chris I think you’ll agree when I say you look like a right tart in that gear but I’ll eat you off as t was in the heat of the moment ( was that a 70 s song) the other 3 herberts look quite cool

The opening of Goodwood Revival 2019. This was 9am on Friday and you will never see it so quiet, best time to be there.

Well the 3 musketeers rode again. I had a great time. So much to see & do & so little time. I think you need all 3 days, maybe 4 to see it all. We even got into trouble for being rowdy at 10.30pm on the campsite, t'was all Tim's fault

Fabulous... a great day out and great company.. Only stayed the Friday and must definitely experience the full weekend next year as Jake mentioned.


A few alternative pics, hmm.. looking back at my photo's of the day, Commer camper, Rover p5, I must be mellowing... Camper reminds me of weekends on Hastings sea front, 4 screaming kids in a cabin full of cigarette smoke!

‘That’s the way to do it’

I’m retiring that tent now. It’s actually a Westfalia awning for 60/70s VW Campers. Taking the retro spirit a step too far that one though. Forgot to factor in how much morning dew there can be in September Came back soaking wet and twice as heavy.

Liking the Commer camper - how did I miss that? Just looks fantastic.
