First of all:

Dale that girl is not sitting on that car!

Steve - you copycat!

I posted a replica of my Japan prediction because I am away from home with 'iffy' internet access (no mobile connection) and wanted to get something down before tomorrow.

And finally I usually list my predictions with numbers e.g. Korea but thought that you needed some experience in counting to 10 Dale. ;)

Anyway I'll now update my prediction and hope that I don't regret it.

Vettel is actually a superb driver!!!

There are lots of opinions on this BUT you can't argue with results. He is in a top 'car' but you can't become World Champion unless you are.

The problem IMO is that modern 'PC correctness' means that these guys appear boring and characterless. Also the cars are so reliable that if the driver sets a Pole lap they are half way there.

The 'characters' of this world are being subdued in all walks of life because life can be so predictable and controlled now. I know from living with my grandfather for 5 years (he died at 98) and listening to his stories of the first world war and also from my dad who is now 92 (and a WW2 veteran) and so interesting to talk to, that we are missing out somewhere. The hardships and camaraderie built characters.

I've rambled on to make my point I know but Vettel (like Loeb and Shumacher) is exceptional! It's a shame that in certain eyes it is seen as boring. They can win multiple championships because the team support can be reproduced in a modern world, that is the boring and predictable bit, not the driver..

Table updated.

Well done to me with the highest score :D, or and well done to that German bloke too.

A shame India won't be staging a race next year, it looks like a great track; to drive and to watch.

Next race is next weekend so predictions in for Wednesday midnight.

But many of the grandstands were completely empty and it was a bit 'foggy'. Perhaps that was fumes from the 'Tuk Tuks'
