I have just called Miller's techline and asked the question, the multi shot is just a more concentrated formula and is better value for money. 1 ml of product per litre of fuel, makes it very easy to measure.

I've started using millers vspe - its got a good reputation for octane boost and ethanol protection ( and I don't like to buy 'snake oils' but I think that ethanol is a real problem for older hoses - usually the ones in awkward places that have not been changed since the car was made ! )
