Coolant Waterless or not?

Next stage on rebuild is to decide on normal vs Evan Waterless coolant.
Engine has had complete rebuild, new rad, new water pump, new hoses, original heater matrix, so likelihood of leaks should be very small

My builder has used waterless in his race car and daily driver, the classic car garage I use for my wife's Rover mini has worked on my cars including Jags, Jensens and will be servicing the 240Z going forward doesn't like the stuff due to a few horror stories

So I'm stuck between two experts - and the decision is down to me
help please!

Can’t comment for others, but I use it and like it. Engine runs a little above normal with it but never gets super hot even idling in Bristol traffic for extended periods. One thing with it however, it will find any weakness in the cooling system. So double check the heater matrix just to be sure it is leak free.
