so much choice! The winner should win a free trip to the scrapyard for crushing (car or owner?)

I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but surely these people just can't have eyes???

Horrendous, and to think people designed those 'kits' and thought they were nice enough to sell...

A friend of mine had a 1.1 Fiesta when he was 17, decided an Escost cosworth bodykit would make it much more attractive. He did a good job of fitting it and to be fair it was ok, however top speed dropped from 95 to about 75 on the motorway lol.

Heyyy... don't knock it. I too was once a member of the "every accessory in Halfords" club. My mates called my old Escort "Heinz" 'cos they reckoned it had 57 add-ons.

Granted, I was seriously lacking in taste, but I enjoyed myself.

*thinks for a second*

Nah, you're right... they're cack :)

They're too good to be classed as Chav cars!....Not my cup of tea, but the owners obviously like them....I've seen worse kits on Z32's though, which is worse, as you're starting with a decent car in the first place!

The first one is a work in progress and although is not the greatest bodykit in the world it's not that bad. The second car looks pretty awful. They are not that bad as cars though. A civic and an mg. Slowing them down with huge wings and bonnets is nuts though. They will of no doubt not touched the engines. Ha. Gotta love that mentality. Actually a berk I work with before christmas had just bought a brand new clio 1.4 and was considering buying this mp3 player/speaker kit that makes a 'dump valve' sound from the engine bay when pressed in the cabin. He decided not to after lots of ribbing by me and some of the other guys. A lot of these guys don't actually realise that spoilers serve a purpose either. Bless 'em.

Still, keeps Halfords going so I can buy my boys cheap bikes come christmas time.

i do not think they like their cars ,so they have to butcher them with these over the top kits that serve no purpose apart from making them look as if they might go faster but with all that extra weight they would struggle to overtake a granny in her 1.1 fiesta

How about a Metro based Audi TT?

Awesome! That can't of cost less than an actual TT roadster. Those pretendo 350z's are bugger all now for the old shape. A guy at work here as had them (actual TT's) since they've been around (including a proper sport one) and they still suck. He'll give in and get a proper car one day.
