Stock 260Z discs - 4.5kg
Stock 260Z caliper - I got 4.5kg so heavier than the OP's result.
Wilwood disc - 5.5kg
So wilwood setup end up pretty much the same as stock in terms of weight, but you get the benefit of much better performance and heat dissipation. And if you are worried about weight then get some alloy hubs which save nearly 2kg a side.
Stock 260Z caliper - I got 4.5kg so heavier than the OP's result.

Updated original post.
Have written total weight per side, but did not weigh any disc bells or brackets. These weights are purely the calipers and discs. (HiSpec kit does not require brackets, but Wilwood kit has small ally brackets for eg)
Will weigh oem discs when I next get a chance!

I have some of the larger Hilux calipers and some brand new Z31 vented discs sitting in the garage, so will weigh them later today
