Since you're asking, I actually rather enjoy it.

I like that blue one also, bit different, nice wheels,as for the blue hoses don people are goner say you are trying to make it look like a scooby under the bonnet,my scooby is standard looking, but we don't care do we,now get those arches on son, can't wait,my first Zeds original colour was bronze, nice colour

The black bin liner is a nice touch, but I'm not sure if the "arches" are being taken out or put in. One thing's for sure, they'll fit the bin liner much better than they'll fit your car.
lol::lol::lol::lol: pms

Well Don you sure are collecting lots of new parts ,when do you think you will start stripping the car down after you've tried your new parts on the car ?

Derrick:)

Arches arrived!!!

Very good quality!!!!

Nice and strong!!!!

Hey Champ,
Here's a little guidance for you. Those 'universal fit' arches you've bought are not suited to the S30-series Z's body. They are pretty much flat on their mounting faces, but the body of the car is not.

Here's a photo that shows what I'm talking about. It's a genuine, OEM, Nissan Fairlady 240ZG 'overfender'. Notice the shape of the moulding at the mounting face:

You may think that you can bend the universal fit arches to fit the body of the car, but that will distort their lip profile. They are nothing like what you say you are aiming for, as depicted in your photo of Star Road's blue Fairlady Z.

Thankyou Albrecht.

Good photo's actually.

Actually quite helpful.

Although, that is not to say that the profile of my arches is not a lot slimmer....

To solve this I will test fit them tomorrow and whack out the masking tape!!

Weather permitting.

Engine... Not sure what you mean.... Diff not sure what you mean.... Brakes.... Obviously new!!! Getting braided hoses made up to run to all 4 corners of the car for the brakes.

Will go and measure the lengths needed tomorrow.

Fair point well put across. Mind you he may be the dogs gonuts on the S30 but he is **** at gardening and looking after his decking.... I found a floor in Albrechts amour....

Engine, leave as standard, Fast cam, triple Weber/Delorto/ gas flowed or RB, v8,v12 etc

My photo, my overfender, but not my decking. I don't have any decking.

And it's 'flaw', not "floor"...

:)

Leaving the engine as standard.....

Except for the exhaust and air filters it has on it...

Want to keep it as standard as possible..... (with personal touches).....

No need really to do anything drastic with it!!

If I was not looking into getting a house with my gf I would probably shove and rb25/rb26 in it!!!

No need really. More of a weekend poser car than anything else......

My daily drive GT4 is 300bhp.
My MR2 which I am building at the moment will be 400/450rwhp when done!

Well not really building the MR2 at the moment.... More like collecting parts!!!!! Hahahaha!!

Not much left to get now!!!

Just some arp flywheel bolts, arp main studs, and a stage3/stage4 paddle clutch.......

Not enough time in the day!!!
