240Z rebuild

It's not the way I would do it but it's ideal for first time people to try and have a go.
Did anyone see the black thing crawling on the bench behind him when rubbing down the bonnet.
 
After going through all that effort with the car, would you want to put those mirrors, by your own admission “cheap and nasty” on it?
Then putting in more time modifying the mirrors to make them look better, wouldn’t you just spend the money and get some decent ones in the first place?
